This hotel is always a good option for those who are going to spend a few days in NY. The location is very close to Macy's, Madison Square Garden, and Times Square. You can do most of the sightseeing on foot and the subway is right next door, which is a great help. The breakfast is good, considering New York standards. The room was a reasonable size and everything worked.

The location was 15-20 mins walk from where we wanted to visit. On our list was Times Square, and Rockefellar Center. Our room view was of the Empire State Building which was a bonus. We chose the hotel because of location, price and that breakfast was included. We visited with children so it was easier to have breakfast available early morning. Breakfast included eggs, potatoes waffles, cereal, muffins, bagels , coffee, teas, juice. Coffee, tea is available 24/7.

The hotel is in the perfect location, steps away from a metro station and, walking distance to some of the major attractions. We had a double room with two queen beds for a family of 4 (two small kids). The room was much bigger than expected. There is a complimentary tee and coffee in the room, and on top of that hotel offers coffee and water to go, available in the lobby 24/7 free of charge.

We enjoyed our stay! The location is amazing, close to most main attractions in Manhattan and the staff was very helpful. No problem with the invoice, quick check in and check out.

Great location, close to Penn station. Empire St, bld, Bryant park etc. Subway 1 minute. We were 4 on room. Room was not so big but for such stay ok. Wifi strong. Room service very good. Facilities as well. We appreciated very much 24 hours coffee, tea, water, hot chocolate service with space for sitting. Sitting outside smaller but was also fine. Breakfast was good and waffles perfect. Not too many options though. Fruits = apples, oranges, bananas. We missed vegetable. Overall can only recommend as great option for your stay.

The location was perfect for my needs. Even though I did not need to use it this time, there is a subway station right at the corner and it is only a few blocks away from Penn Station and the Madison Square Garden. The staff were very friendly, polite and professional. The full breakfast was excellent and the fact that there is coffee and hot chocolate available 24 hours is very nice. Lots of stores and restaurants at walking distance.

Perfect location: Subway station is just outside the hotel so it's easy to get anywhere. Rooms were nice and clean, comfortable bed and cofee/tee available at all times in the lobby. Staff was responsive and kind.

The room was very nice with a good shower and space for our 2 suitcases. The bed was comfortable and our room was freshened up each day. The staff were excellent and all really helpful, friendly and polite. The hotel is located very centrally making it easy to get around New York with the subway entrance n the street corner. My wife enjoyed the breakfast.

Location of the hotel is excellent, you can reach most od the sightseeing by walking… lots of shops / food/ entertainment nearby. The staff is very helpful and caring. The hotel is clean (cleaning services every day ). We had wonderful view on Empire State Building from room window 👌

Great location, subway stop 1min walk, nice bars and restaurants on same street. 2 mins walk to Empire State and 10mins walk to Times Square. Room was very clean with daily maid service. It’s NYC so not massive, but ok for family of 4 (children 11 and 14) as only there to sleep, shower and have a rest before going out at night. 24hr tea, coffee and chilled water was great along with afternoon cookies. Breakfast was fine, we tended to go early, either got a table or didn’t have to wait long. Expect an American style breakfast not European and you won’t be disappointed. Staff were constantly stocking up too. We were on the 14th floor and had no issues with the lift which other reviews had complained about.
